Processing, Shipping, and Return Policies
- Unless otherwise stated, your items will ship within 3 weeks (holidays not included) of when you place your order.
- Your items are packaged to perfection and shipped via USPS.
- Unless otherwise stated your items will ship in a poly mailer.
- We are confident that you will love your items, however, if for some reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly exchange your order for another available item as long as it meets the following criteria.
- Returns must be requested within 10 days of you receiving your item.
- Returns must be in their original, unworn condition in order to be eligible to be returned.
- Please email us with questions about our return policy.
LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your item is shipped, you will receive tracking. At the point at which your package is given to USPS, it is no longer our responsibility. If you have concerns over a lost, stolen, or damaged package please contact USPS at their website: www.usps.com/help/claims.com
- Please make sure that your address is correct before you checkout. If you item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be charged an additional shipping fee in order for your package to be resent.
- We are proud to be the original creator of the branded sleeve tag! Our sleeve tags do contain small parts and therefore are not recommended for children under the age of 3 years old without adult supervision. Each tag is double adhered by hand to ensure proper placement and permanency, however, if pulled repeatedly the tag could become damaged or loose. By selecting "yes" to our sleeve tags on sizes 3T and under, you are acknowledging our policy and our recommendation that adult supervision is required when a sleeve tag is present on an item. Please use caution and care, like you would any small item around small children as they can become a choking hazard if they are pulled loose.
